Refund & Exchange Policy
Deposit refunds are non-refundable (unless) I have to cancel for personal reasons.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
There are absolutely no refunds on wigs.
All hair extensions and custom units are final sale, exchange only on unworn and lace still inserted on unit.
Request must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).
Any exchange request made after 3 days will not be honored.
Altered merchandise will not be accepted (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed, colored, or cut) in any manner.
Federal regulations indicates that human hair products that have been worn may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
In order to process an exchange the product must be returned at the customers expense.
***Wig repairs are free within a week from purchase. After a week, there is a "repair fee". ***
